However, we offer many home repair services that require your typical handyman and have a network of personally trusted subcontractors when needed. We also provide Remodeling Services when the living room floors could use an upgrade, or that kitchen would look much better with those cabinets you’ve been eyeing.
1. Assessment: A free home maintenance assessment is the first step. We can understand your priorities for maintenance and any particular repair needs around your property by doing so.
2. Proposal: Within a couple of days after the walkthrough, we'll send you a detailed proposal detailing the monthly price and services included. You can customize your plan, adding or removing services as you see fit so that you only pay for what you need to keep your house in top shape.
3. Contract: We present a simple contract outlining our services and the agreed-upon price following the service schedule. You can terminate the agreement at any time. Your services will be performed on a typical day of the month once we have signed the contract.
